Dear friends and neighbors in West Tennessee,
We are at the start of an exciting chapter in the story of this region, and it is one we are writing together. The next few years will shape our communities for generations and we believe deeply that this should be an era of shared prosperity and opportunity. Every community surrounding BlueOval City should benefit as the complex comes to life.
That’s why we created the Good Neighbor Plan – the largest community investment made by a company so far in rural West Tennessee.
This isn’t just a plan on paper. It’s action born from listening.
Ford Philanthropy Scholarships

This includes funding for after-school programs, farmers' markets, and community gardens.
Equitable Growth Advisory Council
This council, comprising 30 community leaders, is working to identify and address barriers to equitable growth, ensuring that the benefits of BlueOval City are shared by all. Their work has identified key needs in social services, economic opportunity, and infrastructure.
